Texcel / SHF/ OmegaOne Welcomes New CEO

We are pleased to announce and welcome Jake Walker as the new CEO/President of SHF, Texcel, and Omega One. Jake brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in leadership, sales distribution, and M&A, making him the ideal candidate to lead our company into its next phase of growth.

With a strong background in strategic management, change leadership, and team building, Jake has consistently demonstrated his ability to grow businesses, drive operational success, and build high-performing teams. His experience spans diverse industries, and his customer-centric approach to business, highlights his ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he graduated as an Honor Graduate. He has further sharpened his business acumen through executive programs at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and The Ohio State University Fisher School of Business. Additionally, Jake holds an MBA from the University of Colorado.
